A fresh Graduate can get Placement and a Corporate can get custom trained Freshers for their work Force

The larger objective is to make people employable through soft skill and grooming interventions.

The key issue here is fresh graduates are unable to crack the campus and Corporate struggle to get the right skill set. Our program address both concerns.

As an Industry and implementation partner to MEPSC – Govt of India we provide certified courses to skill the pass outs on the softer aspects required to make their mark during placements and later on during their tenure at the corporate.

Industry can also share their specific Techno-Commercial requirements which they are looking for during their campus recruitment.The candidates can be pre trained in them. This drastically reduces the time (thus cost) for the corporate to achieve the desired productivity from the fresh recruits.
