Arjun Roy is a post-graduate in Commerce and also a post-graduate in Management with
specialization in Marketing. He has over 35 years of experience in the areas of Sales,
Marketing , General Management and Training in reputed National and Multinational
Organizations.
Arjun started his career as Management Trainee in Bata India Ltd. After a stint of
above four years in Bata, he served HCL, Kores India and Xerox India.
His innings in Xerox India was for almost 20 years in different capacity. His passion for
training and his earnest interest in people development made him concentrate in this
function after being in Sales & Operations for almost 17 years. During his tenure in
Sales and Marketing, he received appreciation letters from the Managing Director
of Bata India and also several awards including Gold Medal for being the Best Area
Manager for leading a team of Direct and Indirect SalesForce, in Xerox India.
His out of the box thinking approach also gained him recognition in the field of
Customer Satisfaction, where he and his team received the President’s Silver Shield
while at Xerox.
His constant endeavor for enhancing Training standard and people development gained
International recognition. He was awarded the Best Trainer across the Xerox International
Group in 2007.
Arjun has also conducted Training in different countries on invitation from them.
He held sessions at Johannesburg (South Africa) Lagos( Nigeria,) , Dubai (UAE)
(Colombo) Sri Lanka and (Dhaka) Bangladesh
Arjun ventured out on his own in November 2008. He is now a Training Consultant.
He has been accredited by leading International Training Organizations, namely
Forum India Learning Solution ( a part of Forum International ) – one of the Leading
International Training Organization. Development Dimensions International USA(DDI)-
Rubicon Learning Systems and Gazing Performance UK, and Xerox India
He is Certified in a number of Sales and Behavioral Training Sessions.
